Doug Harshberger

Doug is a therapist based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He received his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2022 and is working towards his licensure as a professional counselor.

Doug works from a humanistic framework, utilizing person-centered and existential perspectives. He believes in the importance of exploring how a person can find meaning and increase well-being in their lives. His previous clinical experience includes outpatient alcohol and drug abuse treatment, residential and community behavioral health, group psychotherapy, and individual counseling for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, interpersonal conflict, and emotional dysregulation.

Doug is able to work with psychotherapy clients who are physically residing in the state of Pennsylvania.

Doug’s base rate is $75 per session.
